My entire life I have worked on and with my body. My body is my temple! I have trained and performed for over 16 years as a professional ballet dancer, and then added ground and aerial acrobatics to my skills, which allowed me to perform worldwide for over 14 years as a freelance international circus artist.

I am a registered yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance, and I finished my course in Rishikesh India, the world capital of yoga. I am also a personal fitness trainer. I have prepared articles, videos, and quotes related to yoga, fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I will share with you all the knowledge, wisdom and personal tips that I have gathered through my life experience doing what I love!
