This is one of my favorites! Super healthy and tasty! You could call it the “yellow bomb”! Packed with vitamin C, it makes a perfect morning drink.
Pineapple reduces inflammation in joints and muscles. It is loaded with vitamin C, making it one of the richest and most delicious sources of ascorbic acid. Pineapple has been directly linked to preventing cancers of the mouth, throat, and breast, as it is rich in various antioxidants, including vitamin A, beta carotene, flavonoids, and high levels of manganese.
Eating pineapple also helps prevent and treat respiratory illnesses and improves eye health.
Bananas are rich in potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, fiber and carbohydrates. Eating them could help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of cancer and asthma. They are naturally fat and cholesterol free.
- 2 bananas
- 2 big slices of fresh pineapple
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- A sprinkle of chia seeds
– Place all ingredients in a food blender and mix until smooth
